We are looking for an Administrative and financial manager to be responsible for achieving efficiency in the short, medium and long term of all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgetary control, cash flow, credit and collection, management information systems, financing, banking operations, investments, risk management, taxation and audits. And involves implementing procedures, policies and regulations in all departments.


Manager Responsibilities:

• Defines financial policy, monitors its implementation, interprets divergences and reports to company management.
• Advises company management on short-term forecasts and formulates proposals on the medium-term strategy.
• Supervises accounting and the establishment of company and consolidated accounts.
• Manages cash flow (outstanding accounts, debits, financing), investments and relations with banks.
• Supervises monitoring of management control: planning, budget, reporting.
• Implements performance indicators and advises operational managers
• Defines and improves administrative and accounts control management procedures
• Ensures administrative management of insurance and litigation
• Performs required financial and economic studies on industrial investment or on financial engineering (mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.)
• Prepares data for the board of directors, produces reports
• Supervises management of capital and equity financing operations
• Supervising salaries, employee benefits, legal incidences and other issues about work relations; carrying out new processes; maintaining correct logistic and information system adaptation; and controlling the company’s treasury, among others.

Qualifications:


• A successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in management, finance, accounting, business administration or any similar field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of overall professional experience of broad financial and operations management
• Ability to translate financial concepts to – and to effectively collaborate with -- programmatic and fundraising colleagues who do not necessarily have finance backgrounds
• A track record in grants management
• Commitment to training programs that maximize individual and organization goals across the organization including best practices in human resources activities
• A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- treasury, budgeting
- cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations,
- check runs
- fixed asset activity
- debt activity
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements and skills:

- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing , coordinating sales activities , achieve growth and hit sales targets by visiting clients, building relationships with them, identifying , closing deals and successfully managing team , Ready with adequate knowledge to build a solid team by hiring , headhunting a talented and efficient sales engineers or sales executives. Moreover developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, creating sales proposals, and meeting sales targets..

Qualifications :
- Successful previous proven experience as a sales manager at least 15 years in managing from any fields ( Engineering Field is preferred ) .
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- The ability to provide adequate work reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Role Description
• Implementing the company’s sales and marketing plans and strategies.
• Technically & commercially explaining the products and the related services.
• Creating new opportunities by making sales calls and visits to the existing clients as well as establishing new contacts with new customers.
• Regularly following up open opportunities.
• Ensuring these opportunities lead to successful orders using the necessary technical and commercial sales skills
• Participating in sales meeting, exhibitions, and sales seminars inside or outside Egypt.

• Communication channels inside the company:

- Writing professional emails and reports including daily emails, visit reports, market status, etc... mainly in English language
- Preparing general and/or specific sales plans
- Reports on a regular weekly basis.
- Daily communication with the direct Boss.
- Bimonthly meetings
• Promoting positive relations with both clients and principals.
• Providing the management with up-to-date information on customers, market and competition.
• Coordinating the preparation of proposals/tenders.


Training:

• Attending sales training and seminars inside and outside Egypt
• Continuous training and knowledge about products portfolio
• Cars and other related work resources are forbidden to be used in personal purposes.
• Sales/rent offers must be executed till end of the process ( closing the deal is collecting the money)
• Must contribute effectively in increasing the company market share by increasing # of customers.
• To be an effective contributor in increasing the company Gran Profit.
• To contribute in department evolution by adding new competent Sales Engineers.
• To add new mechanical engineering services to the existing ones and inform customers of these newly added or newly acquired equipment.
• To make cold calls & send out cold e-mails to existing clients to always check for new business opportunities.


Job Requirements:


• Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a reputable University
• 3-5 years Working experience in same field
• Engineering, Marketing, Sales experience is a MUST.
• Giza and Haram Residents is a MUST
• Ability to work after working hours and holidays is a MUST ( if needed)
• Very good command spoken and written English ( preferred )
• Computer: Excellent Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Knowledge.
• Time Management: Organized, Productive, Pro-Active, Efficient & Able to judge priorities.
• Team Player: Able to work independently and with other team members.
